This is a 11 inch x 14 inch x 1.5 inch limited edition of only 25 mounted prints of the mixed media painting/drawing titled "Franklin." Each print is crafted entirely in-house. I print the image, hand-paint the sides of the cradled birch wood panel, and then mount the print using a gel matte medium. To finish, I apply a satin varnish that enhances and protects the piece. These 20 prints are made to order, each one signed and numbered within the blue jacket of "Franklin."
Each piece comes wired on the back ready to hang.

I don’t usually paint specific subjects or recognizable characters, but I thought it’d be fun to do something Halloween-themed this time. My son’s been really into Frankenstein lately, so I decided to give it a try. We all ended up loving how it turned out—it actually came out better than I expected (probably because I wasn’t overthinking it).
